Come funziona LarkTours: confronto, non prenotazione
Cosa fa LarkTours, cosa fanno i partner e come i link di affiliazione finanziano il sito.
Partner links: LarkTours compares options from partners and may earn a commission if you book through some links, at no extra cost to you. LarkTours is not the seller. Prices and availability are set by each provider, so check details on their site before you book.
LarkTours is a travel planning and comparison site. We don't sell flights, tours or insurance ourselves. When you choose an option, you go to the partner that sells it, and you complete the booking there.
What we do
- Write destination and how-to guides like this one.
- Link to partners for flights, tickets, tours, eSIMs, insurance and transfers.
- Show prices only when they come from a partner's data, labelled with the date they were checked. Prices change, and the partner's live price is the one that counts.
What partners do
- Take your booking and payment.
- Handle changes, cancellations, refunds and customer support, under their own terms.
How we're funded
Many of our outbound links are affiliate links through the Travelpayouts network. They include, for example, Aviasales for flights, Tiqets, Klook and KKday for tickets and tours, WeGoTrip for audio guides, Airalo for eSIMs, EKTA for insurance, Kiwitaxi and GetTransfer for transfers, Localrent for car rental, and AirHelp for flight-disruption claims. If you book after clicking, the partner may pay us a commission. It does not change the price you pay. We label these links as "partner" links.
Our content rules
- No invented prices, ratings or statistics.
- Facts that change, such as ticket rules, visa requirements and fees, are written as "check before you go", with the official source named where possible.
- If you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
How to use LarkTours
- Search or browse: start from a flight route, a destination hub or a guide.
- Compare: see the options partners offer, with prices only where partner data provides them, marked as recently found.
- Click through: you land on the partner's site. Check the live price, availability and terms there.
- Book with the partner: your contract is with them, not with us.
Why prices can change
Flight prices and tour availability move constantly. Cached fares are snapshots from partner data. By the time you click, the price may be higher or lower, or the seat may have gone. That's why we label cached prices and send long-haul searches to a live search instead of showing a headline price.
What we won't do
- Take payments or store your card details for bookings.
- Promise a price or availability we can't control.
- Recommend a partner because it pays more. Where several partners fit, we explain the differences, so you can choose.
- Link to services we have no relationship with while presenting them as partners.
Problems with a booking
Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the partner you booked with, under their terms. Contact their customer support with your booking reference. If something on our site was misleading or wrong, contact us too, so we can fix it.
Privacy
When you click a partner link, we record that a click happened, so partners can attribute bookings. Partners use their own tracking under their own privacy policies. See our privacy page for details.
How to get the most from a comparison
Use LarkTours to narrow down your options, then read the provider's own page carefully before you pay. Check what's included, the cancellation and rescheduling terms, the meeting point and the language of the tour. Compare more than one option where possible, since the cheapest listing isn't always the best value once inclusions are counted. Our guides link to official sources for rules and opening times. When the official source and a reseller disagree, trust the official source. If something in an article looks out of date, tell us, and we'll check and correct it.
How a partner link works
Partner links on LarkTours pass through a short redirect on our own site. It records that a click happened and sends you on to the partner through the Travelpayouts affiliate network, so that the partner can attribute any booking. The redirect doesn't change the price or the terms you see. Everything after it, including payment, confirmation and customer service, happens on the partner's site. If a link sends you to the wrong product, or to a page that no longer exists, please tell us, and we'll fix or remove it.
Checklist
- Read the provider's terms before you book.
- Check the inclusions, the meeting point and the cancellation policy.
- Confirm the rules and opening times on the official sites.
- Keep your booking confirmation and the provider's support contact.
- Report any outdated information to LarkTours.
FAQ
Do you charge me anything?
No. Using LarkTours is free. Partners may pay us a commission when you book through our links.
Why do some pages show no price?
We only show prices that come from partner data. For long-haul routes or when data is missing, we send you to a live search instead of guessing.
Are partner links worse deals?
Affiliate links don't add a fee to your booking. The price is set by the partner.
Which partners do you work with?
Only partners connected through our Travelpayouts account. We don't link to services we have no relationship with.
